This page is designed to help you work through our Knowledge Base at your own pace in a way that builds your knowledge of EventBooking from the very basics to a thorough understanding of the program. If your venue is new to EB, your account manager will be working with you to establish a workflow and best practices for your venue. If you are nafew to an established venue, be sure to consult with other users in your building so that events and other information are added to your venue's account in a consistent manner; this is vital for reporting purposes.
EB Basics training will walk you through the basics of your EB account. You’ll learn how to add events and contacts/accounts, run reports, customize your calendar settings, and much more.

Your EventBooking account includes a powerful report generator -- and you have access to the same report builder that we use here on the Customer Success Team. We build reports for most of our customers, but if you would like to learn how to build your own reports or to be able to tweak the reports you have, or even just to have a better understanding of what our report system can do, be sure to check out our Reports Deep Dive, a five-session webinar series.
